About My Style of Teaching :
As I mentioned I look at the spiritual process as a process of healing. There are many steps and stages of this healing, some healings are necessary for the body, some for the energy structure, some healings deal with our emotional body and the scars that life and especially our childhood has left upon us, some healings are necessary for our minds – to allow us to be able to go beyond it. And some healings are for the soul itself.
In my teaching, I mix depending on the need of the specific course from the various techniques I work with: Yoga (Asanas, Mudras, Bhandas, Pranayamas, Dharanas, Dhyanas), Meditation, Breathwork Therapy, Movement, Psychological self-analysis, Group Dynamics, Traditional Tantric Processes, Tantric Sexual Practices.
In my yoga teachings, technically I mostly teach the yoga techniques that have been taught to me in Agama Yoga, while my approach resembles more that of the Bihar School Of Yoga the basic Idea is that our awareness which IS our real self, is directed by the various yoga techniques to experience various aspects of our own being and the world around us and this experience is what makes us change and grow spiritually.
My Therapeutic work is based on Prem-Baba's work which is a mixture of humanistic and Psychodynamic work, and uses the various holistic techniques I have been and am studying.
I also teach and lecture about Eastern and Yoga Philosophy, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Tantra, and many other subjects. While I am not a teacher of Buddhism (Thai or Tibetan) I do add this knowledge into my teachings
